Role Description
The Logistic Incharge role at Medi Sales is a full-time, in office position based in Sarita Vihar. This role is responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations, including managing inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating with suppliers, transport partners, and internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery of medical devices. The Logistic Incharge will monitor inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and optimize warehouse layout and material handling processes. The role also includes tracking orders, resolving delivery issues,



supporting customer service with logistics-related queries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. The position requires close collaboration with operations and sales teams to align logistics activities with business goals.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Operations Management and Inventory Management skills to handle day-to-day logistics, stock control, and warehouse processes.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and resolve logistics-related inquiries effectively.
