Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Chef role located in Recent Delhi. The Chef will be responsible for planning and preparing menu items, ensuring consistent food quality, taste, and presentation throughout service. Day-to-day tasks include managing kitchen operations, overseeing food preparation, monitoring inventory, and maintaining a clean, protected, and organized work environment.



The Chef will collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus, control food costs, and support training and direction for kitchen staff. The role also includes ensuring adherence to food safety standards and contributing to a positive guest experience through timely and efficient service.

Qualifications
Strong culinary skills, including menu planning, food preparation, and plating, with an eye for detail and presentation.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen sanitation practices, with the ability to enforce compliance.
Experience managing kitchen operations, including inventory control, ordering, and cost management.
Ability to lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff while promoting teamwork and respectful communication.
Time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple orders, prioritize tasks, and maintain smooth service.
