Role Description
The Senior Site Civil Engineer is a full time, on-site role based in Rishikesh. The person in this position will oversee daily site activities, including monitoring construction progress, coordinating with contractors and site staff, and ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Responsibilities include reviewing civil engineering designs, supervising building and slope protection works, resolving technical issues, and ensuring quality control in all project phases. The role also involves planning and scheduling site work,



preparing reports and documentation, liaising with clients and consultants, and supporting junior engineers and supervisors. The Senior Site Civil Engineer will help optimise resources, manage timelines, and contribute to successful project delivery.

Qualifications
Solid foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and codes.
Experience working as part of teams of Civil Engineers, with proven capability to lead site-based engineering activities.
Skills in Planning and scheduling construction work, including resource allocation and progress tracking.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
Several years of relevant site experience, preferably in building construction and infrastructure projects.
