Role Description
The Branch Head is a full-time, in office leadership role based at SBM Bank (India)’s branch in Noida. The individual will oversee overall branch operations, including business development,



customer service, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Daily responsibilities include leading and mentoring branch staff, driving deposit and asset growth, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring that branch processes adhere to bank policies and RBI guidelines. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with retail and corporate clients, resolving escalated customer issues, and coordinating with central teams on product implementation and service improvements. The Branch Head will also be accountable for achieving branch profitability targets, managing budgets, and contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance the bank’s presence in the local market.
