Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and skilled approach.
Understand customer requirements, preferences and budget.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing and offers clearly.
Recommend suitable products and help customers make informed purchase decisions.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into sales.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the buying journey.
Handle customer questions, concerns and complaints professionally.




Collect customer feedback and communicate significant feedback to the management.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, sales and customer follow-ups.
