Role Description
The Construction Manager role at Larsen & Toubro is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.



The Construction Manager oversees day-to-day construction activities, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating work at project sites to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery. This role involves managing site teams and contractors, monitoring progress against project plans, and implementing construction safety standards and regulatory requirements. The Construction Manager collaborates with project control and engineering teams to track budgets, resource utilization, and risk, and prepares regular status reports for stakeholders. The position requires strong leadership on site, problem-solving in energetic conditions, and close engagement with clients, vendors, and internal project teams.

Qualifications
Demonstrated supervisory skills with experience leading multidisciplinary site teams and coordinating contractors.
Strong construction expertise, including hands-on experience managing civil, structural, or industrial construction projects.
