Job Summary

Vision School of Aviation is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Student Counsellors to join our team across our five centres in Kerala.

The Counsellor will be responsible for counselling prospective students, understanding their career interests, explaining suitable aviation and professional courses, following up with enquiries, and converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle student enquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, online enquiries, and lead data.
Understand students' educational background, career interests, and requirements.
Provide proper counselling regarding aviation, travel & tourism, IATA, logistics, hospitality, and other professional courses offered by the institution.
Explain course details, eligibility, duration, fees, career opportunities, and admission procedures.




Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed admissions by effective counselling and follow-up.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students and parents through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Achieve monthly admission targets assigned by the management.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions in the CRM/software.
Follow up with students who have shown interest but have not yet confirmed admission.
Coordinate with the PRO/BDM, Academic Team, and Centre Head regarding admissions and student requirements.
Participate in student counselling sessions, seminars, career guidance programmes, educational events, and promotional activities when required.
Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with students and parents.
