Kerala's first and only dedicated Amazon selling training institute, based in Kozhikode is building a robust offline presence across Kozhikode and the wider region — through institutions, student communities, and company partnerships — is central to that growth. This is where the Partnership Associate role comes in.

The Partnership Associate will build and own our institutional partnerships, seminars, campus ambassador network, and company and placement relationships — the offline engine behind awareness, admissions, and real placement outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

A. Institutional Partnerships & Campus Outreach

• Identify, approach, and build partnerships with +2 schools, colleges, and polytechnics across Kozhikode and the wider region.

• Negotiate and formalise partnership arrangements or MOUs where appropriate, securing recurring access for seminars and referrals rather than one-off visits.

• Build and maintain a live, tracked pipeline of partner and prospective-partner institutions.





• Own each institutional relationship end-to-end — from first outreach through ongoing maintenance and renewal.

B. Seminars & Student Engagement

• Plan, coordinate, and personally deliver (or co-deliver) career-awareness seminars at partner institutions.

• Handle all seminar logistics — scheduling, materials, and on-site coordination with institution staff.

• Capture and qualify every lead generated at a seminar, logging it into the CRM the same day.

• Continuously refine the seminar format based on what actually drives sign-ups, not just attendance.

C. Campus Ambassador Program

• Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of student campus ambassadors across partner institutions.

• Set explicit expectations, incentive structure, and easy reporting for every ambassador.

• Track ambassador-driven referrals and ensure incentive payouts are timely and accurate.

D. Lead Generation & Community Building

• Build and actively manage student community spaces (WhatsApp/Instagram)
