This person should be able to:
Visit seniors’ homes and complete safety assessments.
Communicate respectfully with seniors and their children.
Coordinate products, technicians and small home repairs.
Obtain and compare vendor quotations.
Supervise installations and inspect completed work.
Arrange home visits and accompaniment services.
Record every lead, visit, quotation and follow-up in the CRM.
Collect payments, feedback and operating-cost information.
Report problems honestly rather than merely agreeing with you.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
