Role Description
The Information Technology Support Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for leading the IT support team, coordinating daily technical support activities, and ensuring timely resolution of hardware, software, and network issues for internal users. The team lead will oversee incident and request management, prioritize and assign tickets,



monitor service levels, and ensure adherence to IT service management processes. The role includes mentoring and training team members, documenting procedures, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with other departments and vendors to improve system reliability and user experience. The individual will also identify opportunities for process improvement, support small IT projects, and help maintain a secure and reliable technology setting.

Qualifications
Robust technical expertise in Information Technology and Technical Support, with hands-on experience in common enterprise systems and tools.
Proficiency in Troubleshooting across hardware, software, and network environments, with a methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving issues.
Solid background in Customer Service, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and provide user-focused support.
