Role Description
This is a full time, in office role based in Pune City for a Social Media Marketing Specialist. The specialist will manage BDTC’s social media presence across platforms,



including planning and executing campaigns that align with the organization’s mission and programs. Daily responsibilities include creating engaging social media content, scheduling posts, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing strategies to increase reach and engagement.

The role also involves collaborating with trainers and other team members to translate complex transformation concepts into accessible digital messages, responding to community interactions, and supporting broader digital marketing initiatives. The specialist will help maintain a consistent brand voice, ensure timely communication of events and programs, and contribute ideas to enhance BDTC’s online impact.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience planning and executing campaigns across major platforms.
Robust Social Media Content Creation skills, including writing, visual ideation, and basic familiarity with content formats such as
