A Food and Beverage (F&B;) Steward delivers outstanding dining experiences by greeting guests, serving food and drinks, setting up tables, and keeping the dining and kitchen areas clean. [1, 2, 3]Role Overview An F&B; steward works in hotels, restaurants, cafes, or banquet halls. They act as a bridge between the guests, the kitchen, and the management to make sure service runs smoothly. [1, 2]Key Responsibilities
Before Service: Set up tables with clean linens, silverware, and glasses. Stock side stations with napkins, menus, and condiments.
During Service: Welcome guests, hand out menus, take food and drink orders, and serve items promptly. Clear dirty plates and refill water glasses during the meal.
After Service: Clear and reset tables for new guests. Handle billing or support the payment process.
Cleanliness and Hygiene:



Wash dishes, glasses, and cutlery. Keep the floors and serving areas clean and safe.

Requirements and Skills
Education: High school pass or a basic diploma in hotel management.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for long shifts.
Communication: Polite and explicit speaking skills to assist guests.
Teamwork: Positive coordination with chefs, servers, and managers

Pay: ₹11,300.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month
