Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to manage sales at our timber showroom as well as conduct regular field visits. The candidate will be responsible for generating current business, handling showroom customers, visiting clients and project sites, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Attend customers at the timber showroom and understand their requirements.
Explain and recommend suitable timber, wood products, and related materials.
Generate recent leads through field visits, references, contractors, architects, interior designers, builders, and other business contacts.
Conduct regular side/field visits to customers, construction sites, offices, and project locations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up for order confirmation.
Coordinate with the purchase, warehouse,



and delivery teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Follow up on pending payments and outstanding customer accounts when required.
Maintain daily records of customer visits, enquiries, quotations, and sales.
Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor market prices, competitors, customer requirements, and new business opportunities.
Provide regular sales reports to the management.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in timber, plywood, wood, furniture, building materials, hardware, or construction-related products.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to independently handle showroom customers and field sales.
Willingness to travel for customer and site visits.
Target-oriented, confident, and presentable.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and sales reporting.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
