TVS Two-Wheeler Dealership – Showroom
Sales Performance, Enquiry & Lead Conversion

Achieve individual targets assigned by Management; handle showroom and all assigned enquiries, record them in DMS/CRM, conduct timely follow-ups, convert genuine leads into bookings/retail sales and ensure no enquiry remains unattended or is artificially/duplicately booked.
Customer Handling & Product Presentation

Professionally handle customers, understand their requirements and recommend the correct TVS model/variant; maintain updated product, pricing, scheme and finance knowledge and provide only accurate information without false or unauthorised commitments.
Booking, Pricing & Commercial Discipline

Complete booking forms, customer verification, approvals and payment formalities accurately; follow approved pricing and schemes, obtain approval for special offers and never provide unauthorised discounts, cash adjustments, free accessories, exchange perks or other commercial commitments.
Finance, Insurance,



Registration & Customer Coordination

Coordinate with Finance, Insurance and Registration teams for documentation, approvals and completion of formalities; monitor pending cases, keep customers updated and ensure all submitted information and documents are complete, accurate and timely.
Vehicle, Stock, Accessories, PDI & Delivery Control

Coordinate vehicle availability and allocation, verify model/variant/colour/chassis/engine details and safeguard keys/documents; ensure PDI, payment, approvals, accessories, documents and delivery checks are complete before authorised handover, with no delivery against incomplete payment or approval.
DMS, Billing, Documentation & Channel Coordination

Maintain accurate DMS/CRM, invoices and physical/digital sales records and immediately report discrepancies; coordinate MBOs, co-dealers, institutional customers and approved business partners while ensuring authorised stock
