Job Summary

The Field Sales Executive will drive outdoor sales volumes by generating leads, mapping territories, and closing deals across the Force Motors commercial passenger line (including the Traveller, Urbania, and Smart Citibus platforms). The primary mission is to identify B2B buyers—such as tour operators, school/college transport managers, corporate employee transport providers, and route operators—and present Force Motors products as the ultimate profitable asset for their fleet.

Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Field Prospecting
Territory Mapping: Conduct daily field visits to transport hubs, travel agency clusters, industrial zones (for corporate commuter leads), and educational institutions.
Cold Calling & B2B Pitching: Approach fleet owners, travel entrepreneurs, and procurement managers to introduce Force Motors' premium shared mobility line.
Database Management: Build and maintain an active pipeline of prospective buyers using the Dealership Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Sales Consultations & Commercial Negotiations




Product Demonstrations: Organize agile product walkthroughs and test drives, specifically highlighting the premium ride quality, safety features, and monocoque structure of the Force Urbania and Traveller.
ROI & Financial Pitching: Calculate and present cost-per-kilometer analysis, fuel efficiency perks, maintenance costs, and resale value advantages to business owners.
Tailored Deal Structuring: Work closely with customers to understand their seating layout needs (e.g., standard school bus spec vs. premium 9-seater luxury tour spec) and draft commercial proposals.

Financing & Delivery Coordination
Retail Finance Liaison: Partner with commercial vehicle loan executives from banks and NBFCs to ensure quick loan approvals, document collection, and down-payment clearances for clients.
RTO & Documentation: Coordinate with the dealership's back-office team to ensure seamless registration, commer
