Role Description
The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This full time, on-site role is based in New Delhi and includes day-to-day management of paid channels such as search, social media, display, and remarketing. The role involves tracking and analyzing campaign performance, conducting A/B tests,



managing budgets and bids, and collaborating with creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages. The Performance Marketer will also work closely with leadership to define growth strategies, identify recent channels, and ensure all campaigns align with Fitspire’s brand values and wellness-focused mission.

Qualifications
Solid performance marketing skills, including campaign planning, optimization, and ROI tracking across paid search, social, and display channels.
Proficiency with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ads Manager) and data-driven decision-making to improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs.
Experience in growth marketing, including funnel analysis, A/B testing, and landing page optimization.
Understanding of e-commerce and D2C marketing, preferably within health, wellness, nutrition, or consumer products.
