Manage plant IR, workmen and unions. Handle union factions, negotiations and settlements. Experience in retrenchment of unionised workmen under the Industrial Disputes Act, and understanding of recent Labour/Wage Codes and their impact on retrenchment.
Required Candidate profile
8–15 yrs Plant IR/manufacturing. Native Gujarati mandatory. Union handling, factions, settlements & retrenchment of unionised workmen. Industrial Disputes Act & current Labour/Wage Codes knowledge.
