We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Real Estate Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling prospective customers, understanding their property requirements, suggesting suitable options, generating customer interest, and supporting the sales process from initial interaction to follow-up.

Role & responsibilities:
Handle outbound and inbound calls with prospective customers and generate sales prospects.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable residential and commercial properties.
Follow up with leads, inquiries, and interested prospects to drive conversions.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships throughout the sales process.
Coordinate customer meetings and property/site visits with the sales team.




Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer interaction details in the CRM.
Support the team in achieving sales targets and business development goals.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and professional approach while interacting with customers.
Robust customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Positive attitude with a sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
Basic knowledge of real estate sales, property sales, or business development will be an advantage.
