About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with strong exposure to the OTA, travel, e-commerce, or online booking industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving online customer acquisition, bookings, revenue, brand visibility, and digital growth across flights, hotels, holiday packages, and other travel products.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM, remarketing, analytics, and conversion optimisation.

Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
Plan, execute and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta and other relevant platforms.
Drive customer acquisition, bookings and revenue while maintaining targeted CAC, ROAS and ROI.
Manage campaigns for flights, hotels, holiday packages and other travel products.




Develop remarketing and retargeting campaigns to improve conversions.
Continuously test creatives, audiences, landing pages and offers.
SEO & Organic Growth
Develop and execute the OTA's SEO strategy.
Improve organic rankings for destination, flight, hotel and travel-related keywords.
Work on technical SEO, on-page SEO, content strategy, backlinks and local/destination SEO.
Monitor competitors and identify current organic growth prospects.
Social Media & Content
Develop social media strategy for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
Plan content calendars around destinations, travel trends, offers, seasonal campaigns and promotions.
Coordinate with creative/content teams for high-performing campaigns.
Track engagement, reach, traffic and conversions from social channels.
