Job Description – Escape Room Executive
Learn and understand all 3 escape room setups, including the puzzles, clues, rules, and solutions.
Explain the game and rules clearly to customers before they enter the room.
Observe customers while they are solving the puzzles and provide clues/hints at the right time to help them progress.
Assist customers when they are stuck without directly revealing the answers.
Handle customer relationships and interactions professionally and ensure a friendly and enjoyable experience.
Monitor the rooms and ensure the game runs smoothly from start to finish.
Guide customers between the different rooms and explain the next steps when required.
Maintain a positive and engaging atmosphere and address customer questions or concerns.
Ensure the rooms, puzzles, and props are properly arranged and ready for the next group.

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
