Role Description
This is a full time, in office Store Officer role based in Hyderabad. The Store Officer will oversee daily store operations, including receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and spare parts. Responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, verifying incoming and outgoing materials against documentation, and maintaining accurate inventory records in systems or registers. The role involves preparing and processing purchase-related documents, coordinating with procurement, production, and finance teams,



and supporting periodic stock audits and reconciliation. The Store Officer will also ensure proper housekeeping, safety compliance in the stores area, and timely reporting of discrepancies, damages, or shortages.

Qualifications
Robust stock-related skills, including Stock Control and Stock Management.
Proficiency in Inventory Control and Inventory Management, with attention to accuracy and record-keeping.
Ability to handle Purchase Orders and related documentation in coordination with procurement and finance.
Experience using inventory or ERP software, and working with MS Excel or similar tools.
Good analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to reconcile physical and system stock.
Effective communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Understanding of store safety practices and basic knowledge of material handling procedures.
Relevant diploma or degree in Supply Chain, C
