Role Summary

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to manage Finance & Accounts, Treasury Operations, Financial Reporting, MIS, Budgeting, and Regulatory Compliance. The role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders to support business growth and financial governance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage books of accounts and ensure compliance with Accounting Standards and regulatory requirements.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
Handle treasury operations, cash flow planning, and banking relationships.
Capable of ensuring resource mobilization including establishing relationship with current lenders.
Ensuring compliance with lenders covenant and sanction terms.




Asset Liability Management including drafting agenda and preparation of regulatory returns.
Prepare projections, budgets, forecasts, financial projections, and variance analysis.
Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely statutory and regulatory compliance.

Qualification & Experience
Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
5 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts (mandatorily exposure in treasury and fund raising)
Experience in NBFC, Fintech, Banking, or Financial Services preferred.
