About the Role:

We are looking for a
Product Growth & Strategy Intern
who wants to work beyond traditional sales or marketing.

In this role, you will work closely with the
leadership and product team
to understand a product, identify its target market,



discover customer problems, develop growth strategies, and help take the product to the right customers.

You will be expected to
research, think, brainstorm, plan, communicate, experiment, and execute
.

The core question you will work on is:

“We have built this product. How do we make the right customers discover it, understand its value, and eventually adopt or pay for it?”

What You’ll Do:
Understand the product deeply, including its features, use cases, target users, and value proposition.
Research target industries, customer segments, market trends, and competitors.
Identify the
Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
for the product.
Discover real problems and challenges faced by potential customers.
Develop ideas for product positioning and market entry.
Brainstorm and create practical
Go-to-Market (GTM)
strategies.
Build customer acquisition strategies across relevant channels.
Research and identify pot
