(Job Description – Salesforce Developer & Admin)

Position: Salesforce Developer & Administrator
Experience: 7+ Years
Location: Bangalore
Budget: 1.3 to 1.4 LPM

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications based on business requirements.
Perform Salesforce administration including User Management, Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Security Settings.
Develop and customize Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
Configure Salesforce using Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Reports/Dashboards.
Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration tools.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Perform data migration, data cleansing, import/export, and data management activities.
Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and provide technical support to end users.
Work with stakeholders, QA, and other technical teams for implementation and deployment.




Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.

Required Skills:

7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development & Administration.
Strong knowledge of Apex, Triggers, LWC, SOQL/SOSL.
Good understanding of Salesforce Security Model – Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, OWD, Sharing Rules.
Experience with Salesforce Flows, Reports & Dashboards.
Valuable knowledge of Salesforce integrations and APIs.
Experience with Salesforce deployment tools / Change Sets / CI-CD.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred: Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform Developer certifications.

Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month

Experience:
hands-on exp in Salesforce Development & Administration.: 7 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:
Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform Developer certific. (Preferred)
