This is the first role we are hiring on the ground in Bangalore. You would not be joining an existing team — you would be starting one.

Scope of the Role

The role involves identifying and acquiring premium villas, farm-stays and second homes across the Bangalore belts, building relationships with homeowners, brokers and land developers, and bringing those properties onto the Villasa platform.



The role works to grow the company's supply base by opening a recent market from zero and developing long-term relationships with Homeowners.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
To research & analyse the Nandi Hills, Chikkaballapur, Devanahalli, Doddaballapur and Kanakapura belts in terms of pricing, occupancy, quality of supply, competition and other significant factors.
To develop and manage relationships with Home Owners, local brokers and managed-farmland developers for a continuous pipeline of relevant villas.
To visit the villa & carry out the property assessment process so as to onboard the home successfully.
To develop relationships with villa-plot and managed-farmland developers for multi-property partnerships.
To coordinate skilled photo & video shoots at onboarded properties.
To support commercial discussions and contract closures alongside the Managing Director.
To work cohesively as a team member & contribute to the target for Homes Acquired per month.
