Associate Agency Development Manager (AADM) Axis Max Life Insurance

Axis Max Life Insurance is hiring Associate Agency Development Managers for its branch offices across India. This is a full time, on-payroll role in the Agency Sales channel, reporting to the Branch Manager / Office Head (Band 5A).

Fixed CTC: Rs 3.5 lakh per annum.

Education: Any graduate (B.Com, BBA, BA and other streams welcome).

Experience: Freshers eligible. Prior sales or customer-facing exposure is an advantage, not a requirement.

Joining: Immediate. Selected candidates attend a one-week training programme. On clearing it, they receive the offer letter and join the branch from the next working day.

About the role

The agency channel sells life insurance through a team of advisors (agents). As an Associate Agency Development Manager, you recruit those advisors, train and coach them, and drive their sales so that your branch meets its business targets. It is a people-leadership and field-sales role: you build and run a team rather than sell alone. The channel also supports customers with policy servicing,



renewals and cross-sell, so the role carries a customer-service responsibility alongside sales.

What you will do

Advisor recruitment
Build a pipeline of prospective advisors through referrals, local networks, activities and career seminars.
Run career seminars for prospects and convert them into licensed advisors.
Follow the company hiring process and norms for advisor onboarding.

Advisor development
Ensure advisors know the products through company training and joint field work.
Coach advisors on prospecting, calling and daily work habits.
Plan and review activities and goals with each advisor.
Identify training needs and work with trainers to close them.

Business targets
Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly business plans for your team.
Improve advisor productivity and policy persistency through regular reviews.
