What would you be doing?

The Category Head - FMCG will own the end-to-end business performance of the assigned category on the e-commerce platform. This includes driving sales growth,



improving category margins, and increasing customer penetration. The role requires a strategic thinker with robust analytical skills, vendor management experience, and the ability to execute plans that deliver both scale and profitability.
Business & P&L; Ownership
Own full P&L; for the category, including revenue, margin, and cost levers.
Create and manage annual operating plans and monthly forecasts.
Monitor business performance and take corrective actions to achieve targets.
Sales Growth & Penetration
Build and execute strategies to increase category sales, traffic, and customer penetration.
Identify growth opportunities through assortment expansion, pricing optimization, promotion planning, and customer segmentation.
Drive acquisition of current customers and increase repeat purchase rates.
Margin Management
Optimize category margins through product mix improvement, buying efficiencies, and cost negotiations.
