About the Role

Grand Slam Fitness Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and experienced Government Sales Representative to drive sales of our premium fitness and sports equipment to prestigious government and institutional organizations across India.

The candidate will be responsible for developing business prospects with organizations such as AIIMS, IITs, IIMs, Sports Authority of India (SAI), government universities, government departments, defence establishments, PSUs and other premium government institutions.

The role will involve relationship building, institutional visits, identifying upcoming requirements, tender opportunities, GeM business, product presentations, negotiations and complete sales follow-up from lead generation to order closure.

Key Responsibilities




Develop and manage Pan-India government and institutional sales for premium fitness equipment.
Identify and develop business opportunities with AIIMS, IITs, IIMs, SAI, government universities, PSUs, defence organizations and other government institutions.
Build strong skilled relationships with purchase departments, sports officers, physical education departments, administrators, engineers, consultants and other key decision-makers.
Regularly visit government institutions to understand upcoming requirements and projects.
Generate leads through direct institutional visits, references, networking and market intelligence.
Identify upcoming government tenders, GeM bids, rate contracts and institutional procurement opportunities.
Coordinate with the tender team for technical specifications, BOQs, compliance documents, quotations and bid submissions.
Present and demonstrate premium fitness equipment to institutional decision-makers.
