Role Description
The Sales Business Development role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hauz Khas. The individual in this role will identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct outreach to prospective clients, and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, presenting service offerings, preparing proposals,



and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and operations teams to align client needs with digital solutions, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular reports on sales activities and outcomes.

Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, build relationships, and support client needs.
Lead Generation and Market Research capabilities to identify opportunities, understand target segments, and develop effective outreach strategies.
Analytical Skills to interpret campaign data, assess sales performance, and contribute to cost and ROI optimization.
Experience in sales, business development, or account management within digital marketing or related industries.
Ability to work in office in Hauz Khas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
