Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Generation Specialist. The Lead Generation Specialist will identify and qualify current leads through online research, databases, social platforms, and industry resources. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining lead lists, nurturing prospects via email, calls, and messaging, and coordinating with the sales team to hand off qualified opportunities.



The role also involves tracking lead activity in CRM tools, preparing basic reports on lead performance, and refining outreach strategies based on results and market insights. Collaboration with sales and marketing colleagues is essential to ensure consistent messaging and efficient conversion of leads into clients.

Qualifications
Ability to identify and qualify New Leads and perform effective Lead Generation activities.
Strong Communication skills for engaging prospects and collaborating with internal teams.
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to support Sales efforts and convert leads into opportunities.
Solid Research skills for analyzing markets, target segments, and potential clients.
Comfort working remotely with reliable internet access and strong time management abilities.
Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools and basic proficiency in spreadsheets or reporting software.
