About the Role

We are looking for an analytical and creative Performance Marketing Trainee to join our in office marketing team. This is a hands-on role designed for a candidate who is eager to transition from academic theory to real-world execution. You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels,



with a primary focus on Meta Ads, Google PPC, and SEO.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about driving measurable growth through paid and organic channels.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Performance (Meta & Google)
Assist in the creation, execution, and management of paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, and Performance Max).
Monitor daily performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, Conversion Rate) and assist in budget pacing.
Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to optimize ad delivery.
Support the execution of A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.

SEO & Content Optimization
Perform on-page and off-page SEO audits to identify areas for improvement.
