An exciting opportunity for Consultants / Senior Consultants to drive TPM, Manufacturing Excellence and Operations Transformation initiatives across leading manufacturing organisations. The role focuses on improving productivity, OEE, reliability, quality, cost and asset performance through hands-on consulting and sustainable transformation.

Location - Kolkata / Gurugram / Bengaluru / Mumbai / Hyderabad / Chennai .

Responsibilities -
Conduct plant diagnostics and identify prospects across productivity, OEE, cost, quality and reliability.
Design and implement TPM pillars including Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Kobetsu Kaizen and Quality Maintenance.
Drive OEE improvement, loss analysis, reliability studies and cost/cycle-time reduction initiatives.
Develop implementation roadmaps, track KPIs and ensure benefit realisation.




Train shop-floor and maintenance teams and drive Operations Excellence change initiatives.

Requirements -
Consultant: 35 years of experience with 2+ years in manufacturing operations, maintenance, reliability or industrial engineering.
Senior Consultant: 6–10 years of experience with manufacturing and/or consulting exposure.
Robust hands-on experience in TPM implementation is essential.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, OEE and structured problem-solving.
Solid analytical, communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
MBA Operations and certifications such as CMRP / Lean Six Sigma / TPM Facilitator are preferred.
