VP Group – VP Automobiles is looking for an experienced R&D; Mechanical Engineer to join our Agriculture Division. The candidate will be responsible for the design, development, testing, production support, and continuous improvement of agricultural equipment, implements, and trolleys.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the agricultural machinery/implements industry and a solid understanding of mechanical design, fabrication, manufacturing processes, and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop agricultural equipment, implements, and tractor trolleys.
Develop recent products and modify existing products based on market and customer requirements.
Prepare and review 2D/3D drawings, BOMs, specifications, and manufacturing drawings.
Select appropriate materials, components, and manufacturing processes.
Coordinate with production, quality, purchase, and vendors for successful product development.
Conduct product trials, testing, validation, and performance evaluation.
Identify and resolve design, fabrication,



assembly, and production-related issues.
Improve existing products for cost reduction, durability, performance, and ease of manufacturing.
Provide technical support to the production team during new product development and regular production.
Prepare prototypes and coordinate fabrication/assembly activities.
Analyze field/customer feedback and implement necessary product improvements.
Ensure designs meet required strength, safety, reliability, and manufacturing standards.
Support production in reducing rejection, rework, and manufacturing difficulties.
Coordinate with suppliers and fabricators for development of recent components and assemblies.
Maintain proper technical documentation and revision control.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of Mechanical Engineering fundamentals.
Practical experience in agricultural equipment / agricultural implements / tractor trolleys.
