Role & responsibilities
Manage and monitor projects from order receipt to final delivery, installation and completion.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, manufacturers, transporters, installation teams and internal departments.
Plan and monitor procurement of tools, equipment, machinery and other project materials.
Ensure timely execution of government / institutional supply and installation projects.
Prepare project-wise execution schedules and continuously monitor progress.
Track purchase orders, material availability, dispatches, deliveries, installation and commissioning.
Coordinate Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) and ensure materials are ready as per approved specifications.
Monitor logistics and ensure timely delivery at project locations.
Handle site-related issues and coordinate with project/site teams for their resolution.
Maintain project documentation including work orders, delivery challans, inspection reports, installation reports and completion documents.




Regularly follow up with clients for approvals, inspections, installation and project closure.
Coordinate with the accounts team regarding billing, payment documentation and outstanding payments.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective measures.
Manage and supervise operations and project-execution staff.
Allocate responsibilities to team members and ensure proper follow-up and reporting.
Evaluate vendor performance with respect to quality, pricing and delivery timelines.
Maintain MIS reports for ongoing projects, procurement, dispatch, delivery and pending activities.
Ensure that commitments made to clients are properly communicated and executed.
Escalate critical delays, quality issues and commercial/operational risks to management promptly.
