Role Description
This full time, on-site Senior Sales Executive role is based in Indore. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing recent business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the plywood and forest products segment. Daily activities include meeting with customers, conducting product presentations, negotiating pricing and contracts, and following up on leads to close deals. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for timely order processing,



tracking market trends and competitor activity, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts. The Senior Sales Executive will contribute to sales strategies, participate in local marketing initiatives, and represent the company at trade events and customer meetings as needed.

Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in plywood, building materials, or related paper and forest products sectors.
Strong skills in customer relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals.
Ability to conduct market research, analyze sales data, and identify growth opportunities.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software to manage pipelines and reporting.
