Should be able to involve with Business Applications Managers to investigate and model business functions, processes, information flows and data structures, using methodical and consistent techniques.
Investigate operational requirements and problems, contributing to improvements.
Specify information flows, processes/procedures that will meet the business requirements.
Document work, take part in user meetings and assist in presenting issues and solutions both orally and in writing.
Ensure that documentation of requirements, or any information about changes to systems are communicated to relevant teams.Raising purchase orders when required.
Assist in the raising Project Request forms, including relevant cost centres, if required.
Manage suppliers and liaise with Project Managers and suppliers to query costs and /or confirm payment.
Provide monthly summary reports/dashboard
