Private Equity Deal Execution role involving PE fundraising, financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, investor & promoter communication, transaction structuring and closure. Must have closed at least 1 complete PE transaction.
Required Candidate profile
1–4 yrs in PE, Investment Banking, M&A; or Transaction Advisory with hands-on front-end execution. Must have independently contributed to 1 complete PE deal and have robust modelling & valuation skills
