Role Description
The Human Resources Recruiter at CAREERBLOC is a full-time, remote role responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews,



and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. The recruiter will maintain talent pipelines, manage communication with candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process. This role also involves collaborating with clients to understand their hiring needs, advising on job requirements, and supporting workforce planning. The recruiter will use recruitment tools and platforms, maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems, and contribute to process improvements and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications
Experience with talent sourcing and candidate screening, including use of job boards, social media, and skilled networks.
Skills in managing the full recruitment cycle: resume review, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions.
Robust communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills for working with candidates and client organizations.
