Key Responsibilities
​Daily Site Management: Oversee daily construction activities, schedule workers, and allocate resources efficiently.
​Workplace Safety: Enforce strict health and safety guidelines (OSHA/local regulations) to maintain a zero-incident work setting.
​Quality Assurance: Inspect ongoing work to ensure compliance with blueprints, specifications, and building codes.
​Team Coordination: Assign tasks to tradespeople and subcontractors, ensuring transparent communication and productivity.
​Material & Equipment Tracking: Monitor material deliveries, manage inventory, and ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained.
​Reporting: Prepare daily site progress reports, log attendance, and report delays or issues directly to the Project Manager.
​Problem Solving: Identify in office challenges quickly and implement practical solutions to keep the project on schedule.
​Key Qualifications & Requirements - Btech in Civil Engineering/ Diploma in Civil Engineering

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
