Role Description The Product Design Intern role at Cemzo is a remote internship focused on supporting the design and improvement of digital products for the construction ecosystem. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in user research, gathering insights from stakeholders, and contributing to user flows, wireframes, and interface designs. The intern will collaborate with product managers,



engineers, and senior designers to translate business requirements into intuitive, user-centered solutions.

Tasks may also include refining visual design elements, preparing design documentation, and participating in design reviews and iterations based on feedback and data.

Qualifications
Solid foundation in Product Design and Design Thinking, with the ability to apply user-centered design principles.
Experience or coursework in User Research and UX Research to understand user needs and behaviors.
Skills in Visual Design, including layout, typography, and creating transparent, consistent interfaces.
Proficiency with common design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar).
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
Strong communication skills and openness to feedback and iterative improvement.
Interest in technology, digital platforms, and the construction or B2B marketplace domain is an advantage.
