Job Description – Workday Consultant

Preferred: Workday certification in HCM, Integration, Reporting, or relevant Workday modules.

Position: Workday Consultant
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Bangalore
Budget- 1.3 to 1.4 LPM

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, implement, and support Workday solutions based on business requirements.
Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Workday configurations.
Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Business Processes, Security, and Reporting.
Develop and maintain Workday Reports, Calculated Fields, Dashboards, and Integrations.
Configure and troubleshoot Workday business processes, workflows, validations, and approvals.
Work on Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services, and APIs.
Perform data migration, data validation, and data conversion activities.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely technical/functional support.




Participate in Workday releases, testing, enhancements, and deployment activities.
Prepare technical/functional documentation and follow Workday best practices.

Required Skills:

5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM.
Solid knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Business Processes, Security, and Reporting.
Experience with Workday Integrations, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs.
Positive understanding of Workday Reports and Calculated Fields.
Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and production support.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred: Workday certification in HCM, Integration, Reporting, or relevant Workday modules.

Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
