Role Description The Screenplay Writer Intern will support the creative team in developing scripts and storylines for digital video content, short films, and branded entertainment. This on-site internship role, based in Noida, involves brainstorming concepts, drafting dialogues, structuring scenes, and revising scripts based on feedback from directors, producers, and other writers. The intern will assist in researching themes, audiences, and cultural references to ensure authenticity and relevance, and may participate in script readings, pre-production discussions,



and content planning meetings.

This is an internship role that offers hands-on experience in a rapid-paced entertainment environment, with opportunities to contribute to real projects and learn from experienced industry professionals.

Qualifications
Strong creative writing skills with a demonstrated ability to craft engaging narratives, characters, and dialogues for screen.
Basic understanding of screenplay structure, formatting, and visual storytelling principles for film and digital video.
Ability to research topics, audiences, and cultural trends to inform authentic and relatable storylines.
Solid command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Hindi or other Indian languages is an added advantage.
Comfort working in a collaborative, in office workplace in Noida, with openness to feedback and script revisions.
Enthusiasm for online video, digital entertainment, and social media culture, with awareness of current trends and viral content.
Preferred educational background in film, media, literature, communication, or a related field; relevant portfolio or writing samples are highly beneficial.
