nBeyond Mentor is looking for a passionate and student-focused Freelance Career Counsellor for a 1-month school career counselling project in Ellenabad, Haryana.

nKey Responsibilities

nConduct individual and group career counselling sessions

nUnderstand students' interests, strengths, abilities and aspirations

nGuide students on academic streams and career pathways

nConduct career awareness sessions and workshops

nAdminister and explain career assessments

nCoordinate with teachers and school authorities

nMaintain counselling records and submit daily/weekly reports

nCreate a skilled, empathetic and student-friendly counselling experience

nWho We're Looking For

nBachelor's/Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, Education or a related field preferred

n1–6 years of relevant experience





nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills

nStrong listening and counselling abilities

nComfortable working directly with school students

nAble to work independently and manage multiple counselling sessions

nAvailable for the complete 1-month engagement
