Role Description The Sales Manager role at ALU EMPIRE is a full time, on-site position based in Faridabad.

The Sales

Manager will lead and manage a sales team, set sales targets, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth across domestic and international markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with key clients,



identifying recent business opportunities, conducting market and competitor analysis, and negotiating pricing and contracts. The role involves close coordination with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and alignment of sales commitments with operational capabilities.

The Sales

Manager will also prepare sales reports, forecast demand, and contribute to process improvements that enhance overall sales efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new customers including builders, architects, contractors, dealers, and end users

· Promote and sell doors and windows (uPVC / aluminum – as applicable)

· Conduct site visits, product presentations, and client meetings

· Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals

· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

· Maintain accurate sales records and follow up on payments
