Vera Developers are seeking a agile and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Direct Sales team for its Mohali location. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in real estate with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships. Candidates who can join within 15 days will be given first preference.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and drive direct sales for residential and commercial real estate projects.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Build solid relationships with potential clients, channel partners, and stakeholders.
Create and implement effective sales strategies to expand market presence.
Conduct client meetings, negotiate deals, and close sales efficiently.
Analyze market trends and provide insights for business growth.





Requirements:
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in sales (real estate, automobile, or insurance domain preferred).
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership skills.
Customer-focused and solid networking abilities.
Should be a self-motivator with high energy and target orientation.
Immediate or 15-day joiners will be strongly preferred.
