ZIAAB Global OPC Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident and result-oriented Field Sales & Business Development Executive to drive sales and develop new business opportunities across Lucknow.

Key Responsibilities Generate sales through field visits, door to door/direct customer sales, cold calling and lead follow-ups . Visit and develop business with salons, cosmetic stores, retailers, wholesalers and distributors . Identify recent customers and business opportunities and convert leads into sales.

Follow up on enquiries received through website, WhatsApp, Amazon and social media . Build robust customer relationships and generate repeat business. Identify and approach relevant social-media influencers/content creators for potential collaborations.

Coordinate order fulfilment , including order processing, packing/dispatch coordination, delivery follow-ups and maintaining basic stock/order records. Maintain customer, lead and sales records using Excel/Google Sheets . Prepare basic PowerPoint/Google Slides presentations and regular sales reports.

Collect market feedback on competitors, pricing and customer demand.



Achieve assigned sales and customer-acquisition targets.

Candidate

Requirements 2–4 years of experience in field sales, business development, direct sales, FMCG, cosmetics, personal care or retail.

Solid

English & Hindi communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills. Confident in cold calling, field visits and direct selling. Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides . Comfortable using WhatsApp, email and social media for business communication. Good knowledge of the Lucknow market is preferred.
