Role Description The Assistant Manager Sales will support and drive end-to-end sales activities for mandated real estate projects in Bengaluru. This full-time, on-site role includes managing leads from initial contact to closure, conducting property presentations, and coordinating site visits with prospective buyers. The role involves collaborating with marketing teams to align sales efforts with campaign activities, tracking sales performance, and preparing regular reports and forecasts.

Sales will maintain strong relationships with developers and channel partners, respond promptly to client inquiries, and ensure a qualified, consultative sales experience. The position also requires continuous market research to stay updated on local real estate trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications
Proven sales, negotiation, and closing skills in real estate or a related industry.
Strong client relationship management, communication, and presentation abilities.
Experience with lead management, CRM tools, and basic sales reporting.
Understanding of digital marketing, property branding, and sales strategy concepts.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple projects, and meet defined sales targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; relevant real estate certifications are an advantage.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, mandate-driven environment with transparent performance expectations.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with online real estate portals or listing platforms.
