Role Overview
Position: Area Sales Manager / Sales Executive
Industry: Steel / TMT / Building Materials
Locations: North Chhattisgarh | South Chhattisgarh | East Chhattisgarh | West Chhattisgarh
Experience Required: 3+ Years in the Steel or Construction Materials sector
Education: Graduate / Post Graduate

Qualifications
Experience: 3–5 Years




Strong knowledge of dealer/distributor and B2B sales.
Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Ability to generate recent leads and convert enquiries into sales
Willingness to travel for field sales and client visits
Target-oriented and capable of achieving monthly sales targets

Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of on-ground sales experience specifically in steel manufacturing, TMT bars, or structural steel.
Robust network of dealers and contractors across Chhattisgarh.
Solid communication, negotiation, and pipeline management skills.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone.
