Position: Sales & Service Engineer

nLocation : Mumbai/Pune

nKey Responsibilities:

Evaluate projects and collect feedback from existing and prospective customers
n
Experience on preparation of Tender and offer to the customer
n
Identify current opportunities (product/ market) for future growth
n
Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data from different sites, i.e. GEM etc.
n
Read the drawing properly and understand technical requirements from customer
n
Installation & Maintenance: Preferably Installing of current battery chargers / battery banks/ DCDB/ACDB/ BHMS etc., conducting routine maintenance, and performing repairs.
n
Site visit to understand the requirement of job in respect of modification and service
n
Troubleshooting:



Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues and electrical/ Circuit , etc. faults.
n
Follow-up with customer for order optimization
n
Follow up with customer for payment
n
Generations of different weekly and daily reports.
n
Proper documentation Meeting with internal teams on different issues.
n

nExperience & Qualifications:

n

n
B.E or 3 years Diploma in Electrical/Electronics
n
3+ years of relevant industry experience, preferably in UPS, battery, battery charger, or related power-electronics products.
