The primary responsibilities of this role include –
3+ years of prior experience in Accounts pyable/P2P
Positive Excel skills. Hands on experience on MS office applications
Valuable Knowledge in MIS
Valuable knowledge of Power BI tools and Dashboard Reporting
Comprehension skills – should be able to read, interpret business documents
Responsible for preparation of performance dashboard and reporting
Good communication & business writing skills. Ability to liaison with multiple departments
Ensure adherence to Company Policies and Procedures
Fundamental knowledge of end to end P2P cycle must be strong
Analyse and research all discrepancies/ open items and resolve any queries relating to reconciliations/ balancing, provide back-up for all discrepancies
Good knowledge of daily, weekly & monthly reporting
Ensure company policies, processes and procedures are clearly defined, updated and documented
Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders, including vendors, facilities and colleagues
Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with the SLA and Internal standards are met

Bachelor Degree or Post Graduate Degree 3 - 8 years
